For Chief General Manager (Operations, Production, Finance): Minimum 52 years as on March 01, 2013

For Deputy General Manager (Energy, ERP): Minimum 46 years as on March 01, 2013

For Asst General Manager (De-inking Plant, Costing, and Cement Process): Minimum 43 years as on March 01, 2013

Pay Scale:

For Chief General Manager (Operations, Production, Finance):Rs. 60000-1800-74400/-

For Deputy General Manager (Energy, ERP): Rs. 44000-1400-55200/-

For Asst General Manager (De-inking Plant, Costing, Cement Process): Rs. 35500-1200-47500/-

Educational Qualification:

For Chief General Manager (Operations, Production): First Class full time Graduate in Engineering Degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science Degree with First Class full time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Chief General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant.

Deputy General Manager (Energy): First class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and BOE Certificate.

Deputy General Manager (ERP): First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / MCA / M.Sc. (IT).

Asst General Manager (Costing): Chartered Accountant (or) Cost Accountant.

Asst General Manager (Cement Process): First class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology. (or) 3 years full time First class B.Sc. degree and 2 years full time First class M.Sc. (Chemistry).

Asst General Manager (De-inking Plant): First class full time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First class full time PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
