1. Addl. General Manager – 1 post (UR) – Grade-E7 – Pay Scale – Rs.43200-Rs.66000 – Academics - Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical / Mechanical Engg. – Experience – 20 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 56 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
2. Chief Engineer (Chemical & Mechanical Piping) – 6 posts (UR-05, OBC-01) – Grade-E5 - Pay Scale – Rs.32900-Rs.58000 – Academics - Degree in Engineering in relevant streams of Chemical / Mechanical Engg. – Experience – 14 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 47 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
3. Addl. Chief Engineer (Chemical, Environment Impact Analysis & Mechanical divisions) – Grade-E4 - Pay Scale – Rs.29100-Rs.54500 – Academics - Degree in Engineering in relevant streams of Chemical / Mechanical Engg. – Experience – 11 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 42 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
4. Addl. Chief Technologist (Catalyst Research Development) –Grade-E4 - Pay Scale – Rs.29100-Rs.545000 – Academics - Post Graduate degree in Chemistry preferably Doctorate Degree in inorganic chemistry – Experience – 11 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 42 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
5. Manager (Business Development & Material Management) –Grade-E4 - Pay Scale – Rs.29100-Rs.54500 – Academics - Degree in Engineering with MBA or PGDBA in relevant streams – Experience – 11 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 42 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
6. Deputy Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical divisions, Instrumentation, Civil, Project Management) –Grade-E3 - Pay Scale – Rs.24900-Rs.50500 – Academics – Appropriate Degree in Engineering in relevant streams– Experience – 8 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 37 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
7. Deputy Manager (Business Development, Finance, Market Research) –Grade-E3 - Pay Scale – Rs.24900-Rs.50500 – Academics - Degree in Engineering/ MBA/ PGDBA/ CA/ ICWA (relevant to post and streams) – Experience – 8 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 37 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
8. Senior Engineer (Chemical, Environment and Impact Analysis) – Grade-E2 - Pay Scale – Rs.20600-Rs.46500 – Academics – Appropriate Degree in Engineering/ PG Degree in relevant streams– Experience – 5 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 32 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)
9. Senior Officer (Corporate P&A) – Grade-E2 - Pay Scale – Rs.20600-Rs.46500 – Academics – Full time Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism and/or  Mass Communication – Experience – 5 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 32 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)

10. Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy) – Grade-E1 - Pay Scale – Rs.16400-Rs.40500 – Academics – Appropriate Degree in Engineering/ PG Degree in relevant streams– Experience – 2 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 30 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)

11. Accounts Officer (Finance) – Grade-E1 - Pay Scale – Rs.16400-Rs.40500 – Academics – CA/ ICWA – Experience – 2 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 30 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)

12. Officer (Business Development) – Grade-E1 - Pay Scale – Rs.16400-Rs.40500 – Academics – Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engg with MBA/PGDBA in Marketing Management – Experience – 2 years experience in relevant field - Age – Maximum 30 years (as on 31-Dec-2012)

Service Bond:

Candidates selected for Grade E1, E0, WM6 and WM5 will have to execute a bond for 3 years minimum period of contract with the PDIL

• For All others (SC/ST): Rs.150 only
