Educational Qualification:
For Block Informatics Officer of Panchayat Samiti (B.I.O):
- BCA/B/Sc. In Computer Science or
- Graduation in any discipline with A level Certificate Course of DOEACC or
- Three years diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunication and B or C level Certificate Course from DOEACC.
For Data Entry, Operator, Panchayat Samiti (D.E.O):
- Madhyamik or have passed its equivalent examination form any recognized University or Board or Council.
- Typing speed in English 30 words per minute and in Bengali 20 words per minute and
- At least three months training in Computer form any institute recognized by State/Central Government or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education. Minimum Data entry speed of 6000 key depressions per hour.
- Desired Qualification (not mandatory): One year experience in data entry work.
For Account Clerk of Panchayat Samiti:
- Madhyamik or have passed its equivalent examination form any recognized University or Board or Council.
Desired Qualification:
- Diploma in Computer Application form any institute recognized by State/Central Government or State Council of Technical Education or all India Council of Technical Education.
For Clerk-cum-Typist of Panchayat Samiti:
- Madhyamik or have passed its equivalent examination form any recognized University or Board or Council.
- Typing speed in English 30 words per minute and in Bengali 20 words per minute.
For Nirman Sahayak of Gram Panchayat:
- The candidates must have a Diploma in Civil engineering from any institute recognized by State or Central Government.
For Sahayak of Gram Panchayat:
- Madhyamik or have passed its equivalent examination form any recognized University or Board or Council.
For Gram Panchayat karmee:
- Class VIII pass from any recognized institute.
