Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad invites competent applications through online mode for filling up 76 posts of MIS Coordinators and 160 Accountants on contractual basis with a fixed remuneration.
The details of the eligibility conditions are described as under:
Total no of posts
- MIS Coordinator – 76 posts
- Accountant – 160 posts
- Reservation for SC and BC will be provisioned as per Haryana State norms
Mode of Application: ONLINE only
Important dates
- Starting date for Online submission of application forms: 28-Feb-2013
- Last date for Online submission of Application: 14-March-2013 till 5 PM
- Last date for submission of Application Fees: 15-March-2013 till 4 PM
Requisite Qualification:
- MIS Coordinator – The applicant must have a Masters Degree in Computer Application/ M.Sc. in Computer Science With 60% Marks in aggregate. The applicant should have at least 2 Years experience as junior Programmer.
- Accountant – The applicant must be a Commerce Graduate with 55% marks and 3 years experience in Accounting in an organization of repute. The applicant must have good knowledge of Accounts Software (Tally 9.0 ERP) and must be familiar with knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access & Power point
Age:
- The applicant should fall between 18 and 40 years as on 14-March-2013.
- Relaxation in age will be applicable for different reserved category candidates as per the norms of Haryana Government.
Pay Scale:
- MIS Coordinator – The applicant once selected will be allowed to receive a consolidated package of Rs.13500.
- Accountant – The selected applicants will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.12150 as per provisions
- No other allowances will be applicable for candidates
Terms of Recruitment:
Appointment will be on contractual basis initially for 1 year which can be reviewed during the contractual period on the basis of work, conduct and performance. Further extension/ renewal would be as per requirement, coupled with work and conduct as also performance.
Application Fee:
- Applications can be submitted online along with a non refundable fee of Rs.500 (for SC this fee is Rs.250)
- The application fee can be paid in shape of fee deposit challan can be remitted in the designated Axis Bank
- The candidates are advised to download and print the format as prescribed on the portal of CDAC, Mohali.
Selection Procedure:
- Selection will be done by through a written test followed by a group discussion/ personal interview.

- Validation of the candidates will be done with confirmation of fee deposits after publishing the result on the website
- The candidates are allowed for modification of Application Form till 14-March-2013
